• Review & evaluate architectural plans

• Provide scaled renovation concepts 

• Provide floor planning for existing & new spaces 

• Select finishes (flooring, walls, countertops, fixtures, etc.) 

• Propose & sell design elements necessary for developing a complete design scheme (furniture, window treatments, bedding, upholstery, accessories, art, lighting, etc.) 

• Assist in installation of selected design elements
